Manifest Weight Loss with a Strong, Clear Intention

Remember that one of the biggest reasons why many people have a hard time manifesting change is that they focus much more on their current unwanted conditions rather than the ones they are trying to create - and they also don't inject a lot of emotion into their positive visualizations, so they don't draw enough power to change anything.

They focus a lot of thought and emotion on the fact that they hate their excess pounds, which only reinforces their current reality.
