does anyone know if the laws of attraction could be used to harm people.?

I know that the laws of attraction uses a lot of visualization. But can you use it to cause destruction in someone elses life. If you imagine bad things happening to them has anyone ever tried it in that way? Be honest and dont tell me thats not a nice thing to do.

I don't think we have that power. I've been wishing that something would happen to my husband's ex girlfriend for years and nothing has ever happen to her yet.
