Law of Attraction and Weight Loss

When learning how to use the Law of Attraction, many people have a hard time understanding what vibrational frequency is, and how it works. For the most part they know that they will keep attracting the essence of whatever they focus on most of the time, but they don't know how to alter the vibrational "signal" they are constantly communicating to the universe.

If you have gotten stumped by this mysterious process too, have no fear. It's easy to understand once you break it down: Basically, every thought you think is already "vibrating" on a certain frequency or wavelength. And each thought will always attract other thoughts that are on the same frequency. So negative or "low" thoughts will keep attracting more negative thoughts. Positive or "high" thoughts will keep attracting more of the same. This usually works gradually - one thought attracts a few more like it, which attract still more like it, and then eventually they build up enough energy that they manifest in physical form.

When it comes to your body, all it takes is one "fat thought" to start attracting more. As you keep focused on these "fat thoughts", you begin the process of manifesting excess weight on your body. Your physical actions come into play with this process too; your negative thinking makes you feel bad so you start craving comfort foods to make you feel better, so you end up eating more than your body really needs. If this negative trend continues over a period of months or years, you create the reality of being overweight.

And now the battle begins. You start a diet, or exercise like a crazy person, but it seems like a major uphill climb. You have to push yourself hard to take any action steps, and that is due to your thoughts still being focused heavily on the energetic frequency of "fatness". You can still overcome the negative focus and shed the pounds, but you will find that it takes a ton of persistence and determination.

There is a much easier way to approach this problem, and that is to start addressing the root of the problem: your thoughts. As you start focusing on the vision of your body being strong, slim, healthy and vibrant, you begin shifting your dominant vibrational frequency. You start communicating a signal to the universe like that of a slim, happy person, and you start attracting even more thin thoughts. Keep this process going for long enough (days, or even weeks) and you will notice physical changes taking place. You may lose your desire for sugar, junk food, or other unhealthy choices. You may feel like eating smaller portions, or you may suddenly get motivated to become more active.

As you keep focusing more and more on feeling good and loving your body (thinking those "thin thoughts"!), the process of inner and outer transformation will continue. There are a few snags that can be encountered along the way, but in a nutshell your aim is to stay focused on your slender, beautiful, healthy body as often as you can. Just doing that alone should inspire some great changes that convince you of the power of energetic frequency when using the Law of Attraction to lose weight.
